● Ultra-small package for more compact applications
Automotive 36V input voltage, synchronous rectification, and 125℃ operating temperature switching regulator (DC-DC converter) in an ultra-small HSNT-6 package (2.46mm x 1.96mm).
Additionally, when installability is a primary concern, the gull-wing package is also included in our product lineup.
It can be used not only in automotive camera modules that require compact sizes but also in a wide range of applications such as ECUs (Electronic Control Units) and sensors.
● No large capacitors required
The slope compensation circuit and phase compensation circuit in the S-19902/3 series have been optimized to provide high transient response.
When used to compensate for overshoot and undershoot, the external high output capacitors can be reduced in size, which also helps lower costs.
● No external components to reduce ripple
The S-19903 series features proprietary low ripple circuits that ensure low ripple without any external components.
Even during PFM control periods, which are prone to ripple, it achieves 9mVp-p within a heavy load current range.
No need to add external components to counteract ripple.
