Re-examination content and score calculation
1.Professional Course Written Examination
The written examination lasts for 3 hours, with a total score of 150 points, closed-book exam. The subjects and reference books for the professional course examination are based on those published in the “2025 Master’s Graduate Admissions Directory of Changchun University of Technology.”
2.Comprehensive Ability Interview
The interview is conducted orally, generally lasting no less than 20 minutes per candidate. Candidates who clearly indicate they have completed their answers may end the assessment early, with the foreign language oral test lasting 3-4 minutes. The maximum score for the re-examination interview is100 points, with scores averaged by the interview teachers.
（1）Basic Qualities: Assessing candidates’ political attitudes, ideological performance, moral character, scientific spirit, honesty, law-abiding behavior, learning and working attitudes, reward and punishment situations, and mental health status. Candidates who fail the moral character assessment will not be admitted.
（2）Foreign Language Proficiency: Assessing candidates’ listening, speaking, and reading abilities in foreign languages, focusing on language accuracy, coherence, and appropriateness.
（3）Professional Qualities and Abilities: Comprehensive assessment of candidates’ mastery of theoretical knowledge and application skills in their discipline, ability to discover, analyze, and solve problems using learned theories, understanding of the dynamics of their discipline, and potential for development in their field. Understanding candidates’ learning, work, and awards during their undergraduate studies.
（4）Comprehensive Qualities and Abilities: Assessing candidates’ learning, research, and social practice outside their discipline; evaluating candidates’ innovative spirit and ability, determining whether candidates possess the potential and qualities for master’s training.3.If candidates are found to have inadequate comprehensive qualities during the re-examination, the re-examination interview group has the right to directly propose that the re-examination is not qualified, and may conduct a re-examination if necessary.
4.Score Calculation
Total Score=Preliminary Score/5*70%+Re-examination Score*30%
Re-examination Score=Written Exam Score (converted to percentage)*40%+Interview Score*60%
