School of Computer Science and Technology:
The re-examination content assessment (full score 100 points) includes three parts: professional quality, comprehensive quality, and foreign language listening and speaking tests, all organized by our school.
1. Professional Quality: Assessing the learning situation and grades during the university stage; comprehensively assessing the mastery of theoretical knowledge and application skills in this discipline (major), the ability to discover, analyze, and solve problems using learned theories, understanding of the development dynamics of this discipline (major), and potential development in this professional field. The professional written examination is a closed-book exam, with a full score of 100 points and an exam duration of 120 minutes.
2. Comprehensive Quality: Assessing the candidate’s ideological and political quality and moral character, adhering to the principle of seeking truth from facts, focusing on the examination of the candidate’s political attitude, ideological performance, moral quality, scientific spirit, honesty, law-abiding, etc. Candidates who fail the ideological and political quality and moral character assessment will not be admitted; assessing the candidate’s performance in learning, research, social practice (student work, club activities, volunteer service, etc.) or actual work outside their discipline (major); assessing the candidate’s sense of responsibility, discipline (law-abiding), teamwork spirit, humanistic quality, and mental health status.
3. Foreign Language Listening and Speaking Test: Organized by our school, including listening and speaking tests, mainly testing the candidate’s listening comprehension ability and ability to communicate orally using English knowledge and skills, comprehensively testing the candidate’s speaking ability from aspects such as accuracy of listening comprehension, correctness of pronunciation, fluency, and appropriateness.
Mental Testing: All candidates participating in the re-examination must undergo mental testing. The testing process will be published soon on the Anhui University of Technology Graduate Admissions Information Website.
Overall Score Calculation
The total score for the re-examination is 100 points. Total re-examination score = Professional quality assessment score × 60% + Comprehensive quality assessment score × 30% + Foreign language listening and speaking test score × 10%
Overall exam score = (Preliminary exam total score / Preliminary exam total score × 100) × 60% + Total re-examination score × 40%
