In 2025, Allwinner launched three new intelligent processors aimed at general tablet applications:A733, A537, and A333. These three “core” members are positioned as high-end, mid-range and entry-level processors, precisely covering the diverse needs of various levels of Android tablet products, applicable to: tablets, educational products, buddy machines, commercial display devices, e-books, cash registers, and other general tablet products, providing just the right performance support for different usage scenarios.

Flexible Design

The hardware reference designs of the three chips have certain compatibility, allowing customers to differentiate performance levels and peripheral component stocking for the same series of terminal products; among them, A537 and A333 achieve complete Pin to Pin compatibility, making design switching smoother.

Dual-core Arm® Cortex® – A76 + Six-core Arm Cortex- A55 CPU + Imagination PowerVR BXM-4-64 GPU + 3 TOPS NPU.

Video Capabilities

Supports dual-screen independent display output or synchronized display output, supports up to 8K@24fps H.265/VP9/AVS2 video format decoding, supports up to 4K@30fps H.265/H.264 video format encoding.

Rich Interfaces

PCIe 3.0, USB 3.1 Gen2 DRD, GMAC and other high-speed interfaces; RGB, LVDS, MIPI-DSI, E-ink (electronic ink screen) and eDP 1.4b/DP 1.4 video output interfaces.

Memory Support

LPDDR4, LPDDR4x, LPDDR5 DRAM and UFS/eMMC.

H.265/H.264/VP9 hardware decoding capabilities and H.264 hardware encoding capabilities.

PCle2.1, USB3.1 GEN1 DRD, GMAC and other high-speed interfaces, as well as RGB, Dual LVDS, MIPI DSI, eDP1.3 and E-ink display output interfaces.
