Recently, Zhuhai Haoze Technology Co., Ltd., a leading company in the domestic integrated storage and computing AI vision chip field, announced that its self-developed first ultra-efficient integrated storage and computing AI chip, VVT300, has successfully taped out, marking the transition of this chip from the theoretical stage to actual production. The VVT300 chip utilizes SRAM storage medium and distributed computing unit design, breaking through the limitations of the traditional von Neumann architecture, achieving efficient integrated storage and computing. The AI computing power efficiency of this chip exceeds 20 Tops/W, with system power consumption reduced by over 40%, and latency cut down to one-tenth of the original.
Haoze Technology has 15 years of experience in SoC chip and AI full industry chain development, with the core team having shipped over 1 billion chips in total. In March 2024, the company completed an angel round financing of tens of millions of yuan led by Zhuhai Huafa Group, focusing on building a complete ecological chain from chip design to terminal applications.
It is predicted that by 2025, the global integrated storage and computing chip market will exceed $5 billion, with a compound annual growth rate of 35%. With its deep accumulation and innovation in AI computing power technology architecture, Haoze Technology is expected to form differentiated competitiveness in the edge market, becoming an important force in the breakthrough of domestic AI chips. The company plans to launch the second generation of edge computing VVT500 chip series products in 2026 while continuously promoting the commercialization of technology.
