Voltage Drop Test
The voltage drop test is an important factor in measuring cable quality. During daily use for charging a phone, the voltage and current are output from the charger to one end of the cable, then transmitted to the other end of the cable to the phone, which involves voltage drop data.

Connecting the cable ends to the power instrument and load instrument, we tested the input and output voltages of the cable at different levels, calculating the difference, which is the voltage drop value; a total of 16 levels were tested, with the results shown above.

Drawing a bar chart, it is clear that the maximum voltage drop difference occurs at the 48V/28V/20V 5A level with 0.68V, while the minimum voltage drop difference occurs at the 5V/9V/12V/15V/20V/28V 1A level with 0.13V; with a 3A current for the voltage drop test, the difference is around 0.40-0.41V; with a 1A current for the voltage drop test, the difference is generally around 0.13-0.14V.
Data Transmission Test
In addition to supporting 240W fast charging,the XINLEWEI data cable also supports USB2.0 transmission speeds. Let’s test this.

The hard drive used for testing is the Zhi Tai Ling Pioneer Edition mobile solid-state drive, supporting 20Gbps high-speed transmission, while the laptop is the Huawei MateBook X Pro 2024, which is equipped with 2 Thunderbolt 4 ports, and the cable used isthe XINLEWEI 240W C-C fast charging retractable data cable.

On the Windows platform, using CrystalDiskMark 8.0 software, the hard drive read speed reached 38.14MB/s, and the write speed was approximately 38.08MB/s,indicating that the XINLEWEI 240W C-C fast charging retractable data cable can meet daily small file reading and transmission needs.

Additionally, copying a test file of approximately 14.7GB from the local computer to the hard drive, the write speed remained stable at around 38.1MB/s throughout.
