Japanese netizen “@mesotabi” shared on the social platform X that he suddenly received a notification on his phone saying: “Great! The system has automatically detected that you have completed 19 minutes of swimming exercise. Please confirm!” Initially puzzled, he soon realized that something was amiss; his smartwatch had been tossed into the washing machine, “swimming” freely in the tub.
He quickly rescued the smartwatch from the “ocean,” and to his surprise, after drying it, it continued to function, leading him to exclaim: “I don’t know what to say about this thing; it’s quite sturdy…”
