MC32PF3000A3EP: After months of absence, it has entered the hundred yuan level
Price has risen to around 150 yuan.

This is a consumer power management IC from NXP, belonging to the PF3000 series, with a normal price of about 17.6 yuan.
The PF3000 series is used in conjunction with NXP processors and meets the low-power application requirements, with applications in automotive, consumer, and industrial electronic devices and products such as medical monitoring, home automation, e-readers, wearable devices, POS terminals, etc.

According to NXP’s data sheet, the prefix numbers “32”, “33”, “34” correspond to different temperature ranges and applications:
32= -40 °C to 85 °C (for consumer applications)
33=40 °C to 105 °C (for automotive applications)

The Ax following PF3000 corresponds to different programming options, mainly divided into 9 options from A0 to A8: for example, “A3” corresponds to i.MX 6SX and DDR3L.
