The S-19954/5 series HSNT-8 (1616)B package (1.6 × 1.6 × 0.41 (max) mm) is designed for 5.5V operation, 1A output, 2.25MHz oscillation frequency, and synchronous buck switching regulator, making it the smallest package in the industry. It requires only one inductor and two capacitors as external components, occupying minimal space to build the application circuit.

The S-19954/5 series features a Power Good function that monitors the output voltage to remain within the normal range. This function activates an error flag to notify the microcontroller when the output voltage exceeds the normal range.
Other features include overcurrent protection circuits, short-circuit protection circuits, and thermal shutdown circuits, which also contribute to enhanced system safety.

The S-19954/5 series achieves a power conversion efficiency of up to 95% (at 4V input voltage, 3.3V output voltage, and 200mA output current), reaching industry-leading levels.
