From August 26 to 27, the Suzhou Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, in collaboration with the China Industrial Design Association, formed a research team to conduct a special investigation on 3D printing enterprises in Changshu, Wujiang District, and Xiangcheng District, laying a solid foundation for promoting industrial collaborative innovation and ecological construction.

The enterprises investigated this time includeSuzhou Magnesium Printing Technology Co., Ltd., Suzhou Boli New Materials Technology Co., Ltd., Suzhou Zhongrui Zhichuang 3D Technology Co., Ltd., Suzhou Jufu Technology Co., Ltd., and Suzhou Laisai Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., among others, five key enterprises in the 3D printing field.

The research team visited the production workshops, R&D centers, and showrooms of the enterprises, engaging in in-depth discussions with enterprise leaders and technical backbones to gain a detailed understanding of the enterprises’ material development, equipment manufacturing, process innovation, and applications in industrial design, medical, and cultural creative fields. They focused on hearing the enterprises’ practical cases and bottleneck demands in promoting the integration of “3D printing + design”.

The Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology will continue to pay attention to the development needs of enterprises, promote cooperation between industry, academia, and research, encourage collaborative innovation along the industrial chain, and drive industrial design to empower additive manufacturing.
