MultiTTS is currently the most comprehensive Android local offline voice app. Upon first launch, it is blank and requires manual import of voice package files. First, download <span>MultiTTS.apk</span>, then download the <span>voice package - offline package</span>, which includes various high-quality AI broadcaster voices. Click the three-dot button in the upper right corner of the interface, then click “Import Data” and select <span>*.zip</span>.

<span>voice.zip</span>files in the package, download the largest one, as it contains more AI broadcaster voices.
Importing the voice package may take some time, so please be patient. Do not exit the app during the import process, and you will receive a notification once the import is complete. (The import time may vary depending on the phone configuration.) Then, click the three-dot button in the upper right corner again, and select “Set TTS” to modify the system’s default TTS engine. To improve reading stability, it is recommended to grant necessary permissions, such as battery optimization.
As for the novel software to be used in conjunction, we can choose freely as long as it has a reading function. For example, many commonly used reading apps, such as Book Search Master and Jingdu Tianxia, can be used. It is important to note that the speaking speed of each voice in MultiTTS varies, so adjustments may be needed based on personal usage.
