【Usage Tips】What should be noted before performing calibration on the vehicle?
Before using the calibration tool to execute the calibration steps, please ensure the following conditions:
1. The vehicle’s sensor area must not be damaged.
2. The bracket holding the sensor must not be deformed.
3. Check the tire air pressure and correct it to the recommended value if necessary.
4. Engage the parking brake and close the doors.
5. Ensure that the vehicle’s coolant and oil are within the recommended range and fill the fuel tank. The vehicle should not carry any items (passengers or cargo).
6. Connect the VCI to the vehicle, ensuring that there are no fault codes in systems other than ADAS-related systems.
7. Follow the device’s step-by-step guide to use the correct targets and their distance parameters.
8. During the adjustment process, do not support anything on the vehicle.
How do I obtain ADAS software?
The vehicle model software can be obtained from the upgrade center for the latest software version. After entering the ADAS module on the main interface and binding the activation, you can access all ADAS functions and detailed operation guides.
What if my vehicle is not level during calibration?
The ADAS device and the vehicle must be on the same horizontal plane, with a deviation of no more than ±5°. If the calibration environment is uneven, the bottom wheels of the ADAS Mobile device are equipped with leveling adjustment knobs and have a long adjustment range. By rotating the calibration main frame’s wheel knob, you can compensate for some unevenness in the ground.
Do I need to assemble the ADAS Mobile device before use?
No, the ADAS Mobile features an integrated folding design. After receiving the device, simply take it out of the packaging and unfold it for immediate use, with no assembly required.
Do I need training before operating the ADAS Mobile device?
No. The device has warning labels on parts that may cause injury to operators or damage to the equipment, helping you quickly understand which situations may damage the device. The diagnostic software will guide you step-by-step on how to place the product and which targets to use. However, as ADAS Mobile is a precision professional device, it is recommended that you carefully read the user manual before use to avoid injury or damage to the equipment.
How do I activate ADAS functions?
After obtaining the ADAS activation card, click on the ADAS module on the diagnostic device’s main interface. If your current device serial number is not activated, the activation interface will be displayed. After entering your activation code, click activate to start using ADAS-related functions.
How do I know which target to use for the current vehicle model?
1. During your calibration process, the software will provide detailed prompts regarding calibration parameters, including target numbers, distances, heights, etc. Based on the software prompts, you will know which target to use and how to operate.
