Since its inception in 2015, after five years of development, CSEE JPES has published 21 issues and 17 special topics, and has been included in the SCI, Scopus, INSPEC, CSAD, DOAJ, ProQuest, and CSCD databases, and selected as a core journal of Chinese science and technology. All journal articles are available for open access (OA) and priority publication via IEEE Xplore.

Author Introduction
Kun Xia, received a Ph.D. degree from Hefei University of Technology in 2007. Since 2011, he has been the head of the Electrical Engineering Department at Shanghai University of Science and Technology. His research focuses on motor control and new energy application technology.
Kun Xia received the Ph.D. degree in power electronics and power drives in 2007, from Hefei University of Technology (HFUT), Hefei, China. Since 2011, he has been an Associate Professor and Department Head with the Electrical Engineering Department, USST. His research interests include motor control and new energy application technology.
Jiawen Ni, currently a master’s student at Shanghai University of Science and Technology. His research focuses on embedded systems and wireless communication technology.
Jiawen Ni received his B.Eng. degree in the Department of Electrical Engineering from the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology (USST), Shanghai, China, in 2017. He is working toward the M.Eng. degree in the Electrical Engineering Department, USST. His current research interests include embedded systems and wireless communication.
Yanhong Ye, currently a master’s student at Shanghai University of Science and Technology. Her research focuses on motor control and automotive thermal management.
Yanhong Ye received her B.Eng. degree in the Department of Electrical Engineering from the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology (USST), Shanghai, China, in 2017. She is working toward the M.Eng. degree in the Electrical Engineering Department, USST. Her research interests include motor control and automotive thermal management.
Yiming Wang, received a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, a master’s degree from the University of Edinburgh, and a Ph.D. degree from the University of Bristol. He is currently employed at Ningbo Ginlong New Energy Tech Corporation, focusing on control strategy techniques for grid-connected inverters and applications in renewable energy systems.
Yiming Wang received the B.Eng. degree in electrical engineering from Shanghai Jiaotong University (SHJU), M.Eng. degree from the University of Edinburgh and the Ph.D. degree from University of Bristol. He is currently with Ningbo Ginlong New Energy Tech Corporation. His research interests include control strategy techniques on grid-connected inverters and applications in renewable energy systems.
Po Xu, received a bachelor’s degree in power systems in 2001 and a Ph.D. degree in power electronics in 2006 from Hefei University of Technology. He is currently with Ningbo Ginlong New Energy Tech Corporation, mainly engaged in control strategy techniques for grid-connected inverters and applications in renewable energy systems.
Po Xu received the B.Eng. degree in power systems and the Ph.D. degree in power electronics from Hefei University of Technology, Hefei, China, in 2001 and 2006, respectively. He is currently with Ningbo Ginlong New Energy Tech Corporation. His research interests include control strategy techniques on grid-connected inverters and their applications in renewable energy systems.
