NPU Integration Across Various Hardware: Lenovo Showcases AI Monitor and USB-C Stick Prototype

Lenovo showcased two concept validation devices at MWC, both of which are AI PC peripherals. These devices are equipped with independent NPU, capable of injecting AI computing power into older devices without integrated NPU, providing support for local inference of large models.

The monitor, which has a built-in NPU, not only provides AI computing power to the connected AI PC, but also automatically rotates, elevates, and tilts based on user movement, improving the human eye’s viewing angle to the screen and enhancing the visual experience.
