Recently, the Nancheng Street Party Working Committee has taken “Party leadership in community embedded health services” as a key initiative, collaborating with the Mudan District Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital through various forms such as establishing service points, providing free clinics, and cultural dissemination, embedding professional medical services right at residents’ “doorsteps”, and putting into practice the mission of “serving the people”.
Establishing Service Points, Guarding with Zero Distance
To further promote the sinking of quality medical resources into communities, allowing the public to enjoy convenient and high-quality medical services right at their doorsteps, the Nancheng Street Party Working Committee has partnered with the Mudan District Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital to create an embedded health service point in the Jiahui Yiyuan community.
The health service point in Jiahui Yiyuan community opens regularly every week, providing residents with routine health monitoring, disease prevention, and health consultation services, extending professional medical capabilities to the forefront of the community, becoming the “health gatekeeper” for residents.
Party Members Deliver Warmth, Services Enter the Community
On the afternoon of June 20, the Zhongyue Community of Nancheng Street collaborated with the Mudan District Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital to conduct a warm-hearted free clinic activity in the Jiahui Yiyuan community. At the free clinic, party member doctors provided services such as medical history inquiries, medication guidance, and blood pressure measurements, and demonstrated suitable techniques of traditional Chinese medicine such as massage and acupoint application, teaching residents to develop healthy living habits.

To enrich the forms of health free clinic activities, on the evening of June 27, the Nancheng Street European City community held a “Traditional Chinese Medicine Cultural Night Market” free clinic event. The event was jointly organized by the Shuangyang Community of Nancheng Street and the Mudan District Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital, where experts from the orthopedics, acupuncture, and neurology departments provided health consultations, treatment suggestions, and popularized knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine health preservation.
This “Traditional Chinese Medicine Cultural Night Market” event not only provided residents with convenient medical services but also created a “new stage” for spreading excellent traditional Chinese culture, achieving a win-win situation for health services and cultural inheritance.
