Frequency Module U, V, W three-phase output terminals unreliable contact causes P0 module protection

Product Model:KFR-32GW/BP2DY-M(4)

Fault Phenomenon:Not cooling, compressor cannot operate

Fault Range:Compressor, outdoor electric control, inverter module, compressor connection wire group

Fault Handling Ideas and Steps:

Step One: Connect the inverter air conditioner tester for fault query, the tester showsP43, after checking the fault code table, P43 is the compressor phase loss protection fault.

Step Two: Use a multimeter to detect the moduleP, N terminals have a DC 300V rectified voltage input, indicating that the outdoor power circuit is normal.

Step Three: Disconnect the whole machine power supply, wait until the outdoor unit is fully discharged, then use the multimeter resistance gear to detect the compressor three-phase winding resistance, the three-phase winding resistance is the same, no leakage, short circuit or open circuit phenomena, the compressor body is normal.

Step Four: Power on again, when using the multimeter to detect the moduleU, V, W three-phase output voltage, it is found that one of the phases plugged into the module U, V, W three-phase compressor connection wire group is loosely plugged, gently pulling it off causes it to loosen, resulting in unreliable power supply to the compressor, leading to phase loss protection of the whole machine.

Treatment Measures:

Readjust the wire group plug for reliable connection, power on and test run normally.
