“Square Box” – Passenger Flow Counter
Installed at the passenger doors, the passenger flow counter uses a new dual-eye stereo vision technology to accurately grasp the passenger flow patterns and bus crowding throughout the day from multiple dimensions. By monitoring and providing early warnings for peak passenger flow periods and areas, it works in conjunction with the BOCC system to enable proactive interventions. The BOCC system will automatically configure bus schedules and models based on passenger flow OD and demand, automatically recommend interval lines, and disperse large passenger flows to balance network capacity.
“Triangle Board” – Positioning Device
The positioning device on the window allows for precise alignment between the vehicle and the platform screen doors.
Thanks to its assistance, when the vehicle arrives at the station, both the vehicle doors and the platform screen doors can open simultaneously, facilitating passenger boarding and alighting. Currently, this high-tech device is only equipped on rapid transit lines.
“Bus Little Wall-E” – Active Defense System (ADAS + DMS)
The camera in front of the driver’s dashboard is the external device of the bus active defense system (ADAS + DMS). Relying on the “Smart Bus Brain” safety management system, the active defense system (ADAS + DMS) effectively assists the driver and monitors driver behavior, ensuring safer and more reliable driving and parking. When the driver’s speed is 5 km/h or above, the collision warning function automatically activates, effectively preventing forward collisions, close distances, and pedestrian collisions, ensuring passenger safety.
“Smart Little Partner” – Onboard Dispatch Integrated Machine
The display screen next to the driver’s seat is the dispatch integrated machine, serving as the bus driver’s “smart little partner”. It combines GPS positioning, voice station announcements, video capture, and rear door monitoring functions, further enhancing the driver’s operational safety and providing more reliable guarantees for passenger travel.
“Little Holes” – Air Purifier
Located on the roof of the vehicle, the air purifier can display the air quality index in real-time, effectively sterilizing and disinfecting the air inside the bus, significantly improving air quality and making the passenger environment more comfortable and healthier.
