Founded in 2019, Haisuxin was established by a professional team with over 20 years of experience in the domestic integrated circuit industry, in collaboration with upstream and downstream partners. The company settled in the Guo Shoujing Park of Shanghai Pudong Software Park in 2021, and has established R&D centers and subsidiaries in Taiwan, Shenzhen, and Hong Kong. The founding team of Haisuxin graduated from prestigious universities such as Fudan University and Xi’an Jiaotong University, all holding master’s degrees or higher. By integrating with Shisuo Technology, Haisuxin established an MCU division in Taiwan, focusing on 4-bit/8-bit/32-bit MCUs, supplemented by power management products and RF products, to provide customers with cost-effective overall solutions.

Currently, Haisuxin mainly offers 4-bit/8-bit/32-bit Reduced Instruction Set Computing Microcontrollers (RISC MCUs), integrated non-volatile memory (Embedded NVM), and system-on-chip (SoC) products, widely used in small appliances, communications, office automation, industrial automation, the Internet, and computer peripherals and consumer products. At the same time, Haisuxin has established a power division to develop a series of products for the LED lighting and appliance power supply sectors, serving customers as supporting products for MCUs. Its target customers include well-known domestic and international companies such as Midea, Ruidi Intelligent, Longke, Xiaomi, LG, and Samsung. In addition, Haisuxin has a complete product line including MCUs, Embedded NVM, Mixed Mode ICs, Logic ICs, ASICs, and SoCs, with high integration R&D capabilities, providing customized semiconductor overall solutions to meet various IC design needs of customers.

Since its establishment, Haisuxin has been committed to the power SoC market, including mobile power supplies, adapters, car chargers, wireless charging, and battery management, providing customers with high-performance, highly integrated excellent solutions. The launched TM56F8225 electric vehicle power charging control IC is a highly integrated, flexible application, cost-effective power control chip with competitive pricing. This chip integrates a charging management module, a discharging management module, power detection, and an LED indication module, with a simple application circuit that requires very few components to achieve charging and discharging management, suitable for electric vehicle charging equipment applications. Meanwhile, the TM56F8225 battery charging function is divided into three stages: trickle current, constant current, and constant voltage (power detection); the discharging function is divided into constant voltage and current limiting (power supply/power detection) two stages, ensuring product performance is safe and stable, with a longer lifespan, avoiding damage to the power supply from unstable output.
In addition, Haisuxin’s TMU3131F8 is an enhanced 8-bit microprocessor based on advanced embedded Flash technology, featuring a reduced instruction set operation and dual-cycle instructions, applicable to USB2.0 full-speed general-purpose products, supporting USB2.0 specifications. The TMU3131F8 has USB interface DMA functionality, serving as data transfer between SPI and USB interfaces, with the SPI interface supporting MASTER mode, adjustable speed up to 6Mbps, and features such as standby mode, external wake-up, and watchdog timer. It includes 8K*14 internal Flash ROM for program memory and 160 bytes of temporary memory at the F-plane location, and 128 bytes of temporary memory at the R-plane location. Its dual working mode design allows the product module to achieve greater application benefits, making it very suitable for low-power battery applications, USB device modules, and RF2.4G wireless device modules. This chip is available in SOP20, SOP16, and SOP8 package forms, supporting up to 15 multifunctional I/O pins, allowing users to choose the appropriate package for development based on their needs.
