Innovative Community Embedded Medical Service Model

In the wave of fully promoting the construction of a healthy China, to strengthen the leading role of party building in grassroots governance, the Jinghong City Health Bureau and the Jinghong City Yunjinghong Street actively explore a new service paradigm of “Party Building + Medical Care + Community”. On June 4, the Party Branch of Jinghong City Maternal and Child Health Hospital, in collaboration with the Party General Branch of Jinghong City Yunjinghong Street Jing Sheng Community and Huahuayuan Community, officially signed a joint construction agreement. By using “community embedded medical services” as a breakthrough, they aim to promote high-quality medical resources to sink to the grassroots level and fully solve the “last mile” problem of maternal and child health services.

【Innovative Measures】

Building a New Service System of “1+3+5”

With party building joint construction as the core leading role, a unique “1+3+5” service system has been established:

1 core engine: Fully leverage the leading role of party building joint construction to inject red energy into services.

3 major service platforms: Build maternal and child health houses, smart service platforms, and cultural promotion positions to create diverse service carriers.

5-dimensional deep embedding: From spatial layout, service supply, personnel configuration, information sharing to cultural integration, achieve comprehensive and in-depth embedding in the community, allowing medical services to seamlessly connect with community life.

【Joint Construction Goals】

Empowering Healthy Communities from Four Dimensions

1. Innovative Party Building Model: Through joint construction of party organizations, actively explore new paths for grassroots party building, enhancing the sense of mission and team cohesion among party members in the practice of serving the public.

2. Optimizing Resource Integration: Break down resource barriers, organically combine the professional advantages of maternal and child health hospitals with the localized convenience of communities, effectively solving the mismatch between health service supply and demand.

3. Improving Service Quality: Build a precise and long-term maternal and child health service system, reduce health risks for pregnant women and children, and solidify medical guarantees for healthy community construction.

4. Deepening Party-Mass Connection: Using high-quality health services as a bridge, enhance residents’ trust in party organizations and public health care, solidify the grassroots governance foundation, and effectively improve residents’ awareness of maternal and child health, making health services accessible.
