Since the launch of the “Car Mi Safety UBI” strategy in thirteen provinces across the country, the national market penetration rate of the Car Mi All-Weather ADAS Device (Car Mi Automotive Night Vision Device) has significantly increased, winning the favor and recognition of more and more car owners. The Car Mi Car Friends Community is also growing stronger.
In response to the requests of many car owners, let’s popularize how to identify whether the Car Mi night vision system is in a normal working state. The image shows the Car Mi ADAS All-Weather Device (Car Mi Automotive Night Vision Device) installed on the front windshield of a car.
①Power Indicator Light ②GPS Signal Indicator Light ③Recording Indicator Light
The normal working scenario of the Car Mi night vision system
The power indicator light is solid red, while the GPS signal indicator light (blue) and recording indicator light (green) flash alternately
During normal use, if the green indicator light on the main unit flashes regularly, it indicates that the recording function is working properly. If the indicator light is solid or off, it indicates an abnormal working state. This may be due to the main unit’s self-check failing to recognize the TF card. You can resolve this by rebooting the device and reinserting the TF card.
If the user replaces the storage TF card in the main unit, they need to confirm whether the TF card is a high-speed card (it is recommended to use Class 4 or higher storage cards) and check for any physical damage. After replacing, power on the device to test whether the indicator light is normal, and check the playback files through the mobile app to confirm that the main unit can recognize this TF card before use.
*The device does not support hot-swapping; please do not forcibly remove the TF card while the device is powered on.
