Qilu University of Technology is a public university, with the school code: 10431, supervised by the Shandong Provincial Department of Education, located in Jinan City, Shandong Province, which is accessible by plane, high-speed rail, and subway.

Under the first-level discipline of Computer Science and Technology, the university offers four undergraduate programs: Computer Science and Technology, Data Science and Big Data Technology, Internet of Things Engineering, and Intelligent Science and Technology.
