HAO-8A Multi-Cutting Control Cabinet

The HAO-8A multi-cutting control cabinet has been perfectly presented in conjunction with the Huizhi wire cutting network centralized programming and control system, the Jiarun JR3D working fluid, and the Chuangyuan DK7735 ordinary F-type fast wire cutting machine tool, following extensive recent experiments.

1. Efficient low-loss testing: Under the conditions of Table 1, cutting efficiency is 10,000 mm²/h, and there are no burn marks on the cutting surface. The electrode wire, from φ0.18 to φ0.17, is approximately 150,000 mm², and from the second wire (φ0.17 to φ0.16) is about 70,000 mm², cutting to φ0.145 approaches 280,000 mm² with slight burning on the surface. Reducing the average current lowers the servo tracking value, while the processing efficiency decreases to 8,000 mm²/h, processing normally without burns on the surface. This will not be used as a record basis for this trial. During the experiment, efficient processing (exceeding 9,000 mm²/h) is significantly different from conventional processing in cutting mechanism, with servo tracking closely related to surface processing quality and burning. Adjusting efficient processing using conventional methods is evidently problematic and greatly impacts wire loss and surface burning. The Jiarun JR3D working fluid plays an irreplaceable role during the experiment. A specialized test will be conducted in subsequent experiments to explore the influencing factors and causes of efficient cutting.

2. One-time processing and multiple processing: Under the conditions of Table 2, in the one-time processing experiment, the changes in cutting efficiency at different high-frequency parameters reveal the regularity of high-frequency parameter changes. The actual meaningful processing efficiency reaches 200 mm²/min, allowing users to refer to experimental data based on production needs, providing strong support for practical use. The basic processing parameters for multiple cutting experiments provide processing references for various heights, meeting basic processing requirements and serving the popularization of multiple cutting processing methods. Different processing techniques yield different results. One cut, one repair; one cut, two repairs; two cuts, two repairs. The physical properties of different materials can be addressed with different processing plans. The surface roughness of the test samples was measured: one cut, one repair Ra is approximately 1.8 μm; one cut, two repairs Ra is approximately 1.5 μm; two cuts, two repairs Ra is approximately 1.3 μm (the two cuts, two repairs method specifically targets materials with significant internal stress that are prone to deformation). This basically meets most normal processing needs, achieving conditions for economical use. Under these conditions, the “medium wire” multiple cutting has significantly improved overall cutting efficiency.

2. Jiarun JR3D Emulsifying Paste

The Jiarun JR3D emulsifying paste utilizes cationic micelle protection technology, as shown in the figure, protecting the electrode wire from being impacted by positive ions during discharge as much as possible. The vaporization of the protective film carries away some of the heat generated by the positive ion impact on the electrode wire, minimizing damage to the electrode wire. This significantly enhances the electrode wire’s capacity to withstand discharge energy, greatly reducing electrode wire loss and significantly decreasing the probability of wire breakage. Since the protective layer material is continuously generated by the working fluid, it can always protect the electrode wire from damage during the processing.

3. Huizhi Wire Cutting Programming and Control Integrated System

The Huizhi wire cutting network centralized programming and control integrated system is a brand new concept wire cutting control system with capabilities ranging from wire cutting program compilation, cutting trajectory control, real-time equipment monitoring, high-frequency power control, and centralized device management. The programming and control system part supports both AutoCAD and CAXA, the two most popular drawing software, with embedded integration. The system software integrates closely with AutoCAD and CAXA, yet has an independent interface control system. Therefore, a complete set of functions from drawing, programming, control, monitoring, device management to program management can be perfectly realized in the Huizhi programming and control system.
