The CoE object “Restore default parameters” (子索引 01) can be used to restore all modifiable CoE objects in the ELxxxx terminal to factory default values (see the image below). Therefore, please carefully confirm whether this operation is necessary before proceeding.
Double-click SubIndex 01 to enter the settings dialog. Enter the reset value 1684107116 in the Dec field, or enter the value 0x64616F6C in the Hex field, and press OK to confirm.
• All writable entries in the slave will be reset to default values.
• Only a direct reset of the Online CoE of the slave can successfully restore factory values. No values can be changed in the offline CoE.
• For this, TwinCAT must be in RUN or CONFIG/Freerun state, maintaining EtherCAT data exchange. Ensure that EtherCAT communication is correct.
In some older terminal modules (with firmware creation time around 2007 or earlier), another set of values can be used: decimal value: 1819238756, hexadecimal value: 0x6C6F6164.
