▌▌Low Power Consumption, High Efficiency Processor, Providing Accurate and Fast Data Calculation Capability, Equipped with Customized Embedded Linux System
The power industrial gateway ISG-200 produced by Ruixun Technology adopts a low-power, high-efficiency processor, providing precise and rapid data calculation capabilities. It is equipped with a customized embedded Linux system to meet the different needs of multiple users. Customized APP development can be conducted based on different user scenarios and business functions, providing tailored solutions for customers by calling external interface functions; supports over 250 types of PCL protocols; supports OPC UA protocol (supports SSL/TLS), including client and server, on one hand can read data from third-party OPC UA servers, on the other hand can publish data as an OPC UA server; built-in support for various mainstream smart device communication protocols: Siemens, GE, AB, Omron, Mitsubishi, Delta, and Holley; supports PCL remote support and maintenance; products undergo strict high and low-temperature testing, drop testing, aging testing, vibration testing, and salt spray testing to meet customers’ application needs in complex environments.
▌▌Self-developed Smart Link Definition Software, Rock Data Server Data Storage Closely Combined with Hardware, Meeting Various Data Presentation Requirements.
Using Ruixun Technology’s self-developed Smart Link on general computers, the configuration of gateway received data parameters and the definition of transmission methods can be completed, and after that, data can be downloaded to the gateway. A debugging line RS232 is also included for unifying the network segments when the gateway and PC are on different segments, achieving data transmission through LAN, WIFI, etc. The network multifunctional power meter collects data to the gateway through RS485, and the gateway achieves protocol parsing and unification, allowing data transmission to the customer server via 4G WIFI LAN, thus enabling data to be integrated into the monitoring platform for comprehensive data monitoring. Install Ruixun’s self-developed software RockDataServer on the customer server, and install RockDataServer on general computers to register and log in to view relevant data.

The ISG-200 series power IoT gateway is designed with 6*RS485 to achieve communication with power meters and can achieve serial connection of ≥30 network power meters on each RS485 line, performing inspections every 15 minutes and updating data in real-time; 2*RS232 can meet the debugging needs of various device network segments, thus achieving data upload and download across different platform devices; power, working conditions, LAN, 4G, and WIFI data indicator lights enable quick monitoring of communication and peripheral working status, 1*USB for data copying, software upgrades, etc., and also reserved 2*CAN, external storage expansion to meet more peripheral needs, 1*hardware and software watchdog to achieve device self-recovery under unattended conditions; wide temperature and wide power supply design to meet more industrial environment requirements.
