Digital Evidence Rules in a Digital Environment: A Comparative Study Based on the LEDE Project

This issue shares the content of a speech given by PhD student Fan Guanyan from Renmin University of China at the ITrust International Symposium. She mainly introduced the research results of the ITrust project, discussed the applicability of its conclusions in China in light of our current situation, and compared the differences and similarities between the digital/electronic evidence situations in China and North America, leading to the research questions for the next phase.

Without further ado, let’s take a look at the presentation PPT!
