Upon receiving the sensors sent by the customer, the technical teaminitiated the joint debugging plan on the same day. Using Jixun IoT’sTG501+TG452 devices, a LoRa wireless networking solution was constructed to enable the customer to remotely monitor the water level of the water tower.

·Wireless Networking:The TG501 receives the 4-20mA signal from the temperature transmitter and transmits it via theLoRa network to the TG452,without the need for IoT cards or complex wiring;

·Stable Transmission:The TG452 acts as a Modbus master, transmitting data stably to the LCD display box via the RS485 interface, achieving visual monitoring of the water level status;

·Scenario Adaptability:The industrial-grade design meets EMC Class 3 standards and supports 7×24 hours of unattended operation.
