Insights
Next, two experienced TI employees shared valuable insights: one guided the students to touch the pulse of cutting-edge technology, vividly analyzing industry dynamics and innovative forces; the other generously imparted “career strategies,” from career path planning to core competency development, clearing the fog for young people in confusion.

Interactive Session
During the interactive session, students actively asked questions, and their confusions regarding professional choices and skill enhancement received sincere and professional answers. Subsequently, guided by TI volunteers, the students navigated through the modern office space, experiencing the efficient collaboration and cultural charm of a technology company up close.

Group Interviews
The highlight of the event was undoubtedly the in-depth group interviews—Pearl students formed groups with TI volunteers to engage in lively discussions around carefully designed career development topics. Sparks of thought ignited during the exchanges, and the valuable experiences and sincere advice from the seniors not only addressed their career confusions and broadened their channels of career information but also subtly enhanced the students’ communication and critical thinking skills.

Finally, the students personally presented the volunteer certificates filled with respect to their “career mentors,” and the TI volunteers reciprocated with heartfelt gifts. The warm exchange ceremony and the group photo capturing smiles marked a perfect conclusion to this rewarding journey of exploring the technology workplace.
