Recently, the Yongding River Water Resource Real-Time Monitoring and Scheduling System Project has passed the completion acceptance. Thus, the project has successively passed the unit engineering acceptance, contract project completion acceptance, and overall project completion acceptance, fully completing trial operation and meeting the conditions for formal operation.
The Yongding River Water Resource Real-Time Monitoring and Scheduling System Project is the largest and most complex information construction project invested by the Haihe River Commission in recent years. The project follows the “Smart Yongding River” framework requirements, aiming to achieve the core function of the “Four Preventions” of water resources in the Yongding River Basin, completing the construction of the monitoring system, digital Yongding River platform, business systems, security systems, and system integration.
The Haihe River Commission attaches great importance to the project acceptance work, incorporating the completion acceptance and preparation work into the digital twin Yongding River construction work plan, adhering to strict acceptance standards, carefully ensuring quality, collaboratively promoting trial operation and acceptance preparation work, while actively overcoming the impact of the pandemic, innovating work methods, strengthening supervision and guidance, and coordinating to solve acceptance difficulties. Through the joint efforts of all parties, the acceptance task was completed on schedule as planned.
Since the project began trial operation in 2021, all technical indicators have met design requirements, the information communication rate of the monitoring system exceeds the regulatory requirements, the operation of hardware and software is stable and reliable, and the security system is stable and controllable, playing a significant economic, social, and ecological role in the continuous improvement of the Yongding River’s water ecology, providing strong technical support for the ecological water volume scheduling of the Yongding River in spring 2022, the 100-day full-line water supply, and annual flood defense.
