5. The stems and branches inside represent diseases, while those outside represent external injuries.
6. When the unfavorable deities enter the body, it leads to hidden diseases… If the destiny has unfavorable deities, one must be cautious in prosperous years.
7. Year branch is Wu, day branch is Chou, year is Chou, day is Wu, or day is Chou, and other pillars encounter Wu and fire is prosperous, the person may have limb or heart-lung diseases. Year and day branches are Shen, and other pillars have Si, leading to arm injuries or disabilities (Shen is favorable).
8. If there are many Geng, Yin, and encounter prosperous fire with little water, it is easy to develop mental illness.
Example: Bing, Wu, Xin, Yin, Jia, Wu, Geng, Yin, in the Geng, Wu year, illness occurs.
Bing, Wu, Jia, Wu, Bing, Chen, Geng, Yin, female, illness occurs in the Jia, Xu year.
9. If there are many Geng, Chen, Geng, Xu, Bing, Xu, and they are dry and prosperous, it is easy to develop lung diseases.

10. If there are many Wu, Yin, Ji, Mao, and they encounter rest or imprisonment, it leads to many leg and foot problems or family members with leg and foot problems or cerebral thrombosis.
11. If the year or day stem is Bing or Ding fire and other stems have Ren or Gui water, and water is prosperous while fire is weak, it leads to eye diseases.
