When everyone is flashing data for the new ECU and applying for data, this problem may occur.

Error phenomenon:
Data cannot be automatically issued.
Cause of the problem:
The latest version has added two necessary conditions when applying for data.
1. The ECU must have the engine number (which can be read in the system information).
2. Under the premise that the ECU has the engine number, read the fault code. The backend must recognize that there are fault code records in order to automatically issue data. After reading the fault code, data can be automatically applied for within 24 hours (which means that the fault code record is valid for 24 hours, even if the fault is cleared when applying, as long as the fault code was read within 24 hours and the fault code was recorded).
The new ECU does not have this information, so the application cannot be completed.
Solution:
When applying for data for the new ECU, you cannot directly apply for the latest data or historical data. You can only change the first item on the data application form to3-Other Types of Data, and in the blank line on the second line, explain the reason for the request. After clicking submit, the data will be sent to the backend service supervisor for manual data issuance.
