On the morning of April 19, 2022, Guoneng Zhishen held the commencement ceremony for the smart production line project of the self-developed safe and controllable industrial control system.
Wang Haien, Deputy Director of the Huaming High-tech Zone Service Center in Dongli District, Tianjin, attended the ceremony, along with Guoneng Zhishen Chairman Feng Jian, Party Secretary Huang Huanpao, General Manager Sun Yu, and other leaders who participated via video from Beijing. Personnel from the project design, construction, and supervision units were present, as well as representatives from NARI Tianjin Branch and Tianjin base enterprises. The meeting was hosted by Lv Zhanlong, General Manager of Guoneng Zhishen (Tianjin) Control Technology Co., Ltd.
In his speech, Sun Yu, General Manager of Guoneng Zhishen and Chairman of Guoneng Zhishen (Tianjin) Control Technology Co., Ltd., emphasized that this project is an important measure for Zhishen Company to achieve a fully self-developed, safe, and controllable industrial control system, ensuring the safety of national energy supply. General Sun pointed out that it took only three months from the registration of Zhishen Tianjin Company to the commencement of the production line, which could not have been achieved without the high attention and strong support from the Huaming High-tech Zone Service Center in Dongli District, Tianjin, and the close cooperation of the participating project units. All parties involved must adhere to safety first, ensure project quality, comprehensively optimize progress, and strengthen civilized construction management to create a high-quality project with “two highs and one low”.
Wang Haien, Deputy Director of the Huaming High-tech Zone Service Center, emphasized in his speech that Guoneng Zhishen, as a state-owned high-tech enterprise established with joint investment from the State Power Investment Corporation and the State Grid Corporation, must ensure the safe production of the production line. As a leading enterprise in the industry, it should fully utilize the talent advantages of the Beijing-Tianjin region to create a new situation of collaborative development. The service center will continue to provide services and coordination. The construction and supervision units of the smart production line stated that they would complete the project construction to high standards, strengthen safety and quality control, enhance supervision management, and ensure the smooth production of the project.
Finally, Guoneng Zhishen Chairman Feng Jian thanked both shareholders for their strong support and expressed gratitude to the government and project participants for their cooperation, announcing the official commencement of the smart production line project. As the first batch of concrete for the foundation piles was slowly poured, it marked the official start of a new chapter for Zhishen Company in “Zhishen·Intelligent Manufacturing”.
