According to company regulations, each day, the operation team leaders of each fleet lead management personnel to use the intelligent scheduling platform to view real-time data on vehicle operation times, passenger load rates, operation trajectories, speeds, and drivers’ safe driving behaviors. They also utilize punctuality rates to standardize vehicle operations on routes; use data to ensure safe driving; and rationally allocate vehicle spacing based on route trajectories, particularly focusing on four urban-rural bus lines, requiring drivers to adhere to safe driving practices, reduce speed, and be cautious around large trucks to avoid major accidents. Each fleet has achieved visual management of routes, operational vehicles, and drivers through the use of intelligent software and corresponding data analysis, further enhancing the company’s operational management level.
