2024
While many industries are still exploring the integration of large models, the robotics industry has already taken the lead in iteration, especially in the field of bionic robots. Tech companies like Microsoft, Amazon, Google, Zhiyuan Robotics, and UBTECH have all entered the fray, while Musk announced the second-generation Optimus robot powered by large models, and OpenAI collaborated with the startup Figure to launch the Figure 01 robot.
The latest data shows that over 60% of bionic robot companies have received investments of over 100 million RMB, with startups accounting for more than half of the industry, indicating a rising trend in the sector. Following the “Large Model Empowering Content Creation Track” roadshow, we turn our attention to the intelligent bionic robot industry.
On May 7, the iFLYTEK AI Developer Competition special roadshow in Guangzhou concluded successfully at the Guangdong Science and Technology Financial Building, with the top three teams in the “Intelligent Bionic Robot Application Track Based on Large Models” being successfully born. The competition topic was provided by the Guangdong Venture Capital Promotion Association, advocating for global developers to innovate in intelligent bionic robot applications based on large model technology, injecting “super energy” into the development of the robotics industry.
