Holtek continues to expand its mid-to-high-end market product applications, launching the brand new HT32F49153/HT32F49163 series 32-bit microcontrollers, utilizing the high-performance Arm® Cortex®-M4 core, providing single-precision floating-point unit (FPU), supporting all Arm® single-precision data processing instructions and data types. This core also features a complete DSP instruction set and memory protection unit (MPU), enhancing numerical computing performance and application security, and provides various energy-saving modes, suitable for various application scenarios such as embedded systems, industrial control, Internet of Things, smart homes, etc.

HT32F49153/HT32F49163 series has a maximum operating speed of up to 150MHz, with a working voltage range of 2.4V~3.6V, compliant with -40℃~105℃ industrial temperature range. The Flash capacity is 128KB/256KB and supports external memory expansion (XMC), compatible with 8080/6800 mode as TFT-LCD interface. It provides GPIO that can tolerate 5V voltage input and rich peripheral resources, such as a maximum speed of 5.33Msps 12-bit ADC×1, 12-bit DAC×2, 16-bit general-purpose timer×8, 32-bit general-purpose timer×1, advanced timer×1, basic timer×2, I²C×3, SPI/I²S×3, USART/UART×8, IRTMR×1, OTGFS×1 (supports crystal-less operation in Device mode) and CAN×2.

HT32F49153/HT32F49163 offers 32-pin QFN, 48/64/100-pin LQFP packages, with up to 87 GPIO pins depending on the package type. The entire series supports mainstream development environments such as Keil MDK and IAR EWARM, and provides hardware development kits, peripheral driver libraries (Firmware Library), and application examples, providing development convenience and shortening product development cycles.
