3D Full-Wave Electromagnetic Simulation Platform Hermes3D: This platform provides signal model extraction for packaging boards, electromagnetic simulation of arbitrary 3D structures, RLGC parameter extraction, and simulation of board-level antennas.
RF EDA Design Platform XDS: This platform supports RF system design from chip to package to module to PCB, featuring a PDK-driven field-circuit joint simulation process, an embedded rapid electromagnetic simulation engine based on the method of moments and finite element methods, and cross-scale simulation from chip to package.
It is reported that the above EDA platforms of Xinhe Semiconductor have completed certification for the Galaxy Kirin Advanced Server Operating System (Industrial Version) V10 (Zhaoxin/Huiguang/AMD64 version), covering mainstream design needs from chip to package to system in China, meeting the urgent demand for fully controllable autonomy in various fields such as artificial intelligence, data centers, communication base stations, automotive electronics, smart terminals, industrial equipment, new energy, and the Internet of Things.
