Or are you using other dedicated programming devices that are not suitable for mass production?Using a dedicated mass production programmer for a chip can achieve one-click operation, ensuring a high yield of good chips. In contrast, the original manufacturer’s chip emulator is designed for R&D the operation process is not as straightforward and may require manual intervention every time, such as operating buttons on a computer or reconnecting the chip for programming. These processes increase the likelihood of human error.2、If the selected chip programmer is indeed mass production capable, is it programming online or in a socket? If a chip fixture is required, is there any maintenance issue with the fixture? What is the current lifespan of the fixture?If the equipment is already a mass production chip programmer and previously worked fine, then check the programming fixture, commonly referred to as the programming socket or adapter, and determine how long it has been in use. Chip programming fixtures have a limited number of uses, known as their lifespan, and many minor faults, such as poor contact, stem from the programming socket.
