[STM32] Quick Installation of Keil5 MDK Software Environment

Recently, I helped Mr. Rui reinstall Keil5 MDK. After installing it many times, I can do it very smoothly. However, there might still be some friends who don’t know how to install Keil5, so today I will provide a simple tutorial, which, combined with the previous article “[STM32] Useful! Collection of Keil 5 Problems and Solutions”, can basically solve common installation issues. This is version 5.38, which is quite new.

Continue until the installation is complete:

This page will pop up, wait for the loading bar in the lower right corner to finish loading before closing.

Run Keil as an administrator (the name will show uVision4, but you will see it is actually arm 5 after opening).

Open the File-License Management tab (I can’t capture a screenshot here), and copy the CID number in the upper right corner.

Run the keygen in the installation package. Paste the CID number into the left red box, select ARM on the right, and click to generate the serial number.

Finally, paste the serial number here and click Add LIC.

After installation, open the chip package in the compressed file and double-click to install (I provided F1 or F4).

Finally, after installation, you can find the chip package in the device tab of the magic wand.
