Chip Overview
The LSPMC06-01Cxxx series is a calibrated absolute pressure sensor series launched by Lingke Sensors. This series utilizes a signal conditioning chip to calibrate and compensate the output of the MEMS core, allowing the product to output high-precision pressure signals across the entire temperature range. Additionally, the product features an LGA package, with package dimensions and pin definitions that can fully replace similar foreign products, greatly facilitating client applications. The product meets AEC-Q100 automotive grade certification standards.。

Chip Functionality
The LSPMC06-01Cxxx series products use a MEMS piezoresistive absolute pressure core as the pressure-sensitive element, which outputs a raw signal that is positively proportional to the ambient pressure. The built-in conditioning chip drives this sensitive element and amplifies, temperature compensates, and linearity compensates the raw signal to output a voltage signal that is linearly related to the applied pressure.
