On June 30, Sichuan Zhiguan Weilan Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Zhiguan Weilan”) is debugging the first batch of nitrogen-oxygen sensors in its 11,000 square meter factory. It is understood that this production line, which has the capability to supply complete systems, has recently been completed and is now in trial production.

Zhiguan Weilan is a company that integrates the research and development, production, sales, and service of intelligent sensors, mainly targeting the technology and product needs of the automotive electronics industry. It has developed a series of intelligent products such as nitrogen-oxygen sensors, wide-range oxygen sensors, PM sensors, and ammonia sensors, with HTCC (High-Temperature Co-fired Ceramic) technology as the core.
The HTCC technology allows sensors to operate stably in high-temperature environments, making them suitable not only for automotive emissions reduction but also for applications in medical, aerospace, and other fields. Additionally, this technology uses ceramics such as alumina as the substrate, addressing the low efficiency issues of traditional electric heating wires.
He Jie, the relevant technical person in charge of Zhiguan Weilan, stated: “The nitrogen-oxygen sensor is one of Zhiguan Weilan’s flagship products. It acts as the ‘eye’ of the SCR system in diesel vehicles, capable of real-time monitoring of nitrogen oxide content in automotive engine exhaust to ensure emissions meet standards.” The ceramic chip in the nitrogen-oxygen sensor is developed using an independently formulated material process, and the accompanying software control unit is also a core competitive advantage of the product.
Currently, the company has obtained 9 authorized invention patents and over 40 software copyrights. These achievements support the entire production process of its products, from material formulation to complete assembly, making it one of the few companies in China capable of supplying complete sensor systems.It is worth mentioning that the company has also established a new materials design, preparation, processing, inspection, and testing integrated technology platform in accordance with its production process, ensuring a closed-loop quality control system.
The relevant person in charge of the company, Huang Shijun, introduced, “This production line started construction at the end of last year and has now finally entered the trial operation phase, bringing us closer to our full production target.” Once fully operational, the production line is expected to achieve an annual output of 500,000 nitrogen-oxygen sensors, oxygen sensors, and over 200 various devices, with annual sales expected to exceed 150 million yuan.
