SBOX Industrial Computer/Data Logger is a powerful data processing computer and a highly reliable solid-state drive-based data logger, suitable for use with portable or field-testing applications of the SIRIUS modular data acquisition system.

6 USB Ports:SBOX provides 4 USB 3.0 ports and 2 USB 2.0 ports. All USB ports support threaded fastening.

3 Network Interfaces:2 Gigabit Ethernet ports and 1 wireless interface, with external antennas for better connection reliability.

ETHERCAT Interface: Integrated EtherCAT slave interface for synchronization with data acquisition devices like SIRIUS and KRYPTON via USB and EtherCAT interfaces.

100 Hz GPS (RTK): Optional 10Hz or 100Hz GPS receivers with upgradeable RTK support, all options are integrated within the SBOX module.

Product Features
High-Speed & High-Reliability Data Logging
SBOX combines a highly reliable solid-state drive data logger and real-time data processing computer for data acquisition systems. When used with the SIRIUS data acquisition system, it forms an advanced, compact, and standalone solution.
SBOX integrates highly reliable, pluggable solid-state storage. The data write speed can reach 180 MB/s. This performance is sufficient to meet the high-speed storage needs of hundreds of channels of data and synchronized high-speed video testing.
If high safety and stability are required, SBOX can install independent flash memory for the operating system and applications, isolating it from data storage.
Powerful Data Processing Capability
8-thread Intel Core i7 processor, 8 GB RAM hardware configuration provides sufficient processing power for complex mathematical calculations. Even with thousands of mathematical channels configured, SBOX can still run smoothly and perform real-time data processing.
Dewesoft X3 software is highly optimized and fully utilizes the relevant technologies of the integrated CPU in SBOX, allowing users to perform real-time data acquisition, online mathematical channel calculations, and display the collected data smoothly in various graphical formats.
Multiple Interfaces
SBOX is equipped with common standard interfaces, making it easy to connect to networks, peripheral devices, monitors, and of course, our data acquisition modules. SBOX includes the following interfaces:

DVI Video Input: Fully compatible with VGA and HDMI.

USB 2.0 and USB 3.0: For connecting data acquisition devices like SIRIUS, DEWE-43A, and peripherals like mouse, keyboard, external hard drives, etc.

EtherCAT Master Interface: For connecting our EtherCAT bus data acquisition devices, such as KRYPTON or SIRIUS.

Dual Gigabit Network Card/Wireless Interface: For wired and wireless connections.

GPS Receiver: Optional integrated 10 Hz or 100 Hz GPS receiver and independent GPS speed display.
USB/EtherCAT Interfaces
The computer part of SBOX integrates 6 USB ports and 1 EtherCAT master interface, allowing connection to various models of USB and EtherCAT bus data acquisition modules like SIRIUS and/or KRYPTON.
If 6 USB ports are still not enough for your needs, we can also provide a high-speed USB hub, with dimensions matching SBOX/SIRIUS, offering 8 USB ports for connecting USB interface data acquisition, such as SIRIUS or DEWE-43.
Fanless Version Data Logger
SBOXfe is the fanless version of the standard SBOX data logger, suitable for testing in industrial and dusty environments. The fanless housing is completely sealed to effectively prevent dust ingress and ensure stable operation. The fanless version of SBOX has an IP50 protection rating.
If data logging is required in extreme environments, please refer to the rugged version IP67 waterproof SBOX data logger.
GPS/GNSS and RTK Positioning
The SBOX computer can be optionally equipped with a 10 Hz or 100 Hz GPS receiver, supporting carrier phase differential technology (RTK), suitable for high-precision (up to 1cm) location-based testing and measurement applications.
With GPS hardware and RTK authorization, the system becomes a powerful automotive data logger, suitable for advanced location-based testing and measurement applications, such as noise, vehicle dynamics, brake testing, road profiles, ADAS, etc.
