SPRS series
The SPRS series modular multi-channel power controller combines control modules and power modules to accurately control the temperature of heating equipment. With power distribution control capabilities for up to 36 units, it enables efficient power management. Various control methods and alarm functions are also fully equipped.

The Autonics power controller SPRS series won the “Best of Best (the highest award in the field)” at the “2024 PIN UP Design Competition” and was also a finalist in the prestigious “2024 IDEA Design Competition”, receiving recognition for its design and excellent functionality both domestically and internationally.

Modular Power Controller
The SPRS series consists of independent control power modules for easy maintenance. The control module supports four communication options depending on the model, while the power modules offer 14 models based on rated current options. Users can connect and use up to four power modules simultaneously.
Single-phase or Three-phase Control
The SPRS series can combine three power modules into one control module to control single-phase or three-phase. Users can install multiple power controller units, thus occupying less space.
Provides Various Cable Types and Sizes
The SPRS series features power distribution control capabilities, allowing sequential control of output timing to prevent instantaneous output overlap when controlling multiple power controllers. This function can reduce peak power for up to 36 power modules.
Compact Size
The compact size makes installation more space-efficient.
4-Section LCD Display
The SPRS series is equipped with an 11-segment LCD display for improved visibility. The 4-section display allows monitoring of current (A), voltage (V), output (%), temperature (℃), resistance (Ω), power (kWh), frequency (Hz), etc., enabling efficient power management.
Convenient Fuse Replacement
Users can open the front of the power module 180° without separate tools for easy maintenance.

The modular multi-channel power controller is used in heating furnaces for processing raw materials for charging batteries, to accurately control temperature.

The modular multi-channel power controller is used in reflow ovens to precisely control temperature through feedback control.
