The “Learn micro:bit Easily” MOOC is based on the globally open-source hardware “micro:bit” and is designed to help students learn basic programming concepts, methods, and hardware operation techniques, focusing on cultivating students’ computational thinking. It aims to guide students to analyze problems, design solutions, engage in hands-on practice, and reflect on the effectiveness of their solutions based on technology learning and problem-solving goals.

This course is suitable for “absolute beginners”, and can be used as a popularization course for artificial intelligence in schools.

What Are the Features of the Course?
The course also includes assignment training to help everyone consolidate their learning outcomes and carry out teaching activities in their teaching.
This course uses graphical programming and theme case studies that combine the micro:bit development board with sound, quickly realizing diverse applications of micro:bit and helping schools to carry out popularization courses in artificial intelligence.

Formerly served as the course development leader at Qingcheng Maker Education and Ai Jiu Happy Maker Education. She has a maker-themed column in “China Science and Technology Education” magazine and has been a creative programming, intelligent design, and maker training instructor at national events organized by the China Association for Science and Technology, as well as a judge for the Zhejiang Province Creative Programming and Intelligent Design Competition. She has trained over 10,000 people.
