Automotive Intelligent Technology
The intelligence and connectivity of automobiles have become the focus of development in the global automotive industry. As an upgrade of automotive products and technologies, intelligent connected vehicles will bring profound changes to the automotive and related industries. China has also clearly identified the intelligent connected vehicle industry as a national strategy in “Made in China 2025”.
It is estimated that by 2025, the new value added by intelligence and connectivity in the automotive sector will reach 800 billion RMB. Under three scenarios of rapid development, steady development, and slow development, the total demand for R&D talents in intelligent connected vehicles will be: 61,000-79,000 in June 2021, 77,000-99,000 in 2023, and 92,000-116,000 in 2025. The demand for talents in equipment integration testing and operation maintenance will also increase exponentially.
