Review materials: The SIG conducts a preliminary review of the submitted materials to clarify the product’s scope and testing requirements.
Select a testing laboratory: Choose a testing laboratory recognized by the Bluetooth SIG (BQE) for testing.
Conduct testing: The testing laboratory performs tests on the product or module according to Bluetooth technical specifications and standards, including RF (RF) compliance testing, protocol compliance testing, and profile compatibility testing.
Review and certification: After testing is completed, the testing laboratory submits the test report to the SIG for review.
Issuance of certificate: If the product passes the BQB certification, the SIG will issue a certification certificate and assign a unique QID (Qualification Design Identification).
