


Recently, Beijing Guoketianxun Technology Co., Ltd. successfully taped out its domestically developed 28nm SoC chip for the first time, achieving full domestic autonomy and control from research and design to supply chain management and manufacturing. This chip is manufactured using a fully domestic 28nm HKC+ process and FC-BGA packaging, and is a SoC chip product that integrates high-performance protocol processing, efficient data caching, and high-speed communication transmission functions. The product adopts a dual-core architecture, integrating high-performance protocol processing acceleration units, high-speed large-capacity cache units, and high-speed data transmission units, enabling efficient reception, processing, and transmission of data. Additionally, the chip uses an efficient and reliable clock/power/power management unit, allowing for precise distribution of on-chip clock and power as well as dynamic control of multi-level energy consumption, effectively enhancing the overall performance and stability of the chip. It is also equipped with interface units such as SRIO, SPI, UART, and GPIO, enabling multi-peripheral docking and expansion of various application services, providing strong versatility and flexibility.
Guoketianxun’s 28nm SoC chip can be widely used in multiple fields such as artillery, ships, aircraft, and boats, providing key support for the informatization and intelligent development of related equipment, better meeting the high-quality processing requirements of massive data in complex environments. For example, in radar systems, it is necessary to process massive echo data during system operation, which can significantly improve the radar’s detection accuracy and recognition capability, allowing it to operate stably and efficiently even in complex electromagnetic environments.
