The Jia Garden Community, centered around the “I Love My JIA” community brand, has established a comprehensive embedded service complex integrating party and community services, collaborative governance, elderly care, cultural and fitness activities, and entrepreneurial innovation. Neighborly discussions foster harmony, while the neighborhood center mediates conflicts. The “one-stop” service model and digital governance drive the creation of a micro-ecosystem for grassroots governance services, continuously enhancing community service efficiency and building a beautiful and happy home.
To effectively ensure the safety of community residents and create a safe, harmonious, and stable community environment, the Jia Garden Community recently organized a special inspection action for the waste resource utilization industry, conducting a comprehensive “check-up” on key locations and operating institutions to weave a dense safety and environmental protection network.
This inspection action focused on the waste particle processing, waste recycling stations, waste battery recovery, and small workshops for recycling old clothes, as well as including densely populated areas in the key inspection scope. Institutions with environmental pools, sewage pools, sedimentation pools, and septic tanks were also meticulously checked. During the inspection, staff maintained a rigorous and responsible attitude, verifying each item against the inspection checklist. Regarding operational qualifications, they carefully checked whether institutions held business licenses to ensure legal and compliant operations; in terms of environmental hygiene, they thoroughly examined whether the business environment was clean and free of garbage accumulation and sewage overflow; during safety hazard inspections, they focused on checking whether electrical wiring was improperly connected or aged and damaged, whether fire escape routes were blocked by debris, and whether fire extinguishers were provided as required, as well as whether hazardous waste such as paint buckets was improperly stored, ensuring that hazards were thoroughly addressed.
At the same time, staff educated operating institutions on safety production and environmental protection knowledge, emphasizing the importance of standardized operations and safe practices, thereby enhancing everyone’s safety and environmental awareness and sense of responsibility.
The next step for the Jia Garden Community is to actively explore the establishment of a long-term safety mechanism through measures such as strengthening publicity and education, improving management systems, and enhancing supervision and inspection, continuously improving community safety management levels.
