To continuously enhance the administrative law enforcement supervision functions of grassroots judicial offices and further promote the strict, standardized, fair, and civilized law enforcement of the town’s comprehensive administrative law enforcement team, the Dote Na’er Judicial Office recently launched a full-process ’embedded’ law enforcement supervision initiative.
The judicial office staff conducted full-process tracking of law enforcement activities, focusing on real-time supervision of law enforcement personnel’s display of credentials, use of civil language in law enforcement, standardization of evidence collection, legitimacy of law enforcement procedures, proper use of law enforcement recording devices, and comprehensive recording of administrative law enforcement.
This ’embedded’ law enforcement supervision work has transformed law enforcement supervision from ‘post-event correction’ to ‘prevention before events, standardization during events’, effectively enhancing the standardization and transparency of administrative law enforcement. In the next steps, the Dote Na’er Judicial Office will continue to optimize the law enforcement supervision mechanism, expand the scope of supervision, innovate supervision methods, and provide strong support for the construction of a rule-of-law government and the modernization of grassroots social governance.
