Improved device for intralesional injection
Method: First, measure and mark the depth the needle needs to enter the lesion, then use a #22 scalpel to cut the needle cover according to the mark.
This device can also be applied for buccal mucosa injections, nerve blocks, small area superficial anesthesia, and PRP injections.
Limitations: This device is only suitable for the multiple serial puncture technique and not for the threading technique.
