To further strengthen the supervision of administrative law enforcement, create a standardized and fair administrative law enforcement environment, and protect the legitimate rights and interests of the public, the Aqitu Wula Judicial Office has recently conducted administrative law enforcement supervision work focusing on the spring grazing period enforcement by the comprehensive administrative law enforcement team.

Judicial office staff closely followed the law enforcement personnel into the field, participating in the law enforcement process without disturbing the normal activities of the law enforcement officers. The staff focused on supervising various aspects such as the officers’ proper attire, certification, displaying credentials, use of civil language, operation of law enforcement equipment, and comprehensive recording of the entire process. They engaged in in-depth discussions with the law enforcement team regarding the details of the enforcement process to ensure that the law enforcement actions were standardized, thereby enhancing the quality of law enforcement and public satisfaction.

Through administrative law enforcement supervision, the standardization of administrative law enforcement has been further improved, raising the level of strict, standardized, fair, and civilized law enforcement. In the next steps, the Aqitu Wula Judicial Office will fully leverage its administrative law enforcement supervision functions, continuing to deepen the ’embedded’ law enforcement supervision activities, and promote the administrative law enforcement work to new heights.
