On July 29, the Sixth National Conference to Honor Outstanding Builders of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics from the Non-Public Economic Sector was held in Beijing. Yang Yongfeng was awarded the title of “Outstanding Builder of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics”.
In 2017, Yang Yongfeng founded Hebei Shenghao Optoelectronic Technology Co., Ltd., providing optical communication chip processing services. However, after importing foreign equipment, it could not operate normally upon return to the country, putting the company in a difficult position. Therefore, Yang Yongfeng decided to develop independently. He led his team to overcome technical barriers, conquering key technologies in optical communication chip testing and scribing, and developed the world’s leading dedicated testing equipment for optical communication chips, filling a domestic gap, breaking foreign monopolies, and achieving self-control, becoming an internationally leading supplier of testing and scribing equipment. In 2021, the company was approved as a national key support enterprise for specialized and innovative small giants.
To better develop, Yang Yongfeng introduced new third-generation semiconductor display materials in 2021, aiming to build a more complete industrial chain ecosystem. After several years of development, Shenghao Optoelectronics has established one of the largest optoelectronic chip packaging and testing production lines in the country and a research and development base for optoelectronic chip scribing and testing equipment, and is currently constructing an intelligent factory for chip testing.
While the company is rapidly developing, Yang Yongfeng has always remembered to give back to society. As the president of the Shaanxi Chamber of Commerce in Hebei Province, he actively fulfills social responsibilities, leading the company and chamber members to engage in public welfare, embodying the patriotic feelings and responsibilities of a new era entrepreneur through practical actions.
